談新進員工的引導訓練(orientation)
有句話不甚明瞭
"Many organizations often see orientation primarily
as a way to process new employees (i.e., completing
paperwork) rather than as a way to inspire them and
make them feel good about the choice they have made
to join the organization."
我對這段的理解是:「許多公司只把引導訓練當作紙上作業
程序。而不藉此機會鼓舞員工,讓他們覺得選擇加入該公司
是得其所哉。」
但其實這段的"process"這個動詞,我不是很明白背後的意思
公司"process"員工,是要作什麼呢?是表示「走完」既定程
序,只把orientation當成例行公事,不重視其實質作用的意
思嗎?
