不懂員工手冊中的一些規定 - 翻譯

如題 這是英文員工手冊中的規定, 但有些地方我看不懂 >"<

請懂的人解釋一下 不勝感激!!

1. Being in breach of his employment.　

(這是員工不當行為中的舉例之一)

2. the entitlement to sick leave as mentioned in Clause 5-2-1 is granted in
addition to the number of Sickness Days (refers to days on which an Employee
is absent from his work by reason of his being unfit therefor on the account
of injury or sickness) that the Employee shall be entitled under Part
VII (Sickness Allowance) of the Ordinance.

這段其實我大概了解意思 但根據整個手冊來說語譯錯
所以我沒附上自己的翻譯 想看看版友的解釋是否和我一樣
那就確定手冊有寫錯

3.年假的規定

Leave entitlement per Leave Year 跟 Leave can be taken
兩者有何差異? (我覺得都是可享有的假日阿)

4.extra holiday和 additional holiday 的差別?
