今天打電話給公司HR
HR表示 勞基法有說未滿三個月 至少需一周前預告知
我當下傻住了...
我大致說一下 開頭的談話內容
Me:請問未滿三個月的話 是可以當天離職的嗎?
HR:基本上我們都是要主管和議
而且我們沒有說未滿三個月就可以當天離職這件事情
Me:可是勞基法並沒有規定 未滿三個月要幾天才能離職
HR:它(勞基法)有說未滿三個月 至少需一周前預告知
Me:有這樣子?
HR:有阿 你可以再翻一下 沒關係 這是離職預告拉
可是當然 有時候未滿三個月 工作量比較少
有時候你提出離職 不一定需要到一個禮拜這件事情
他可能就是說 你業務上已經交接的差不多了
有人去補足你的位子阿

合約 扣了我七千元 我勞工局申訴後就有拿回錢了 開
了一次調解庭 資方還在那邊基基歪歪說年輕人怎麼樣
都不先講的 但他還是必須付錢 任何員工合約只要法
律抵觸就是無效的 就算妳有簽名依然無效 順帶一提
