小弟應該三四線小公司的小主管吧
為了更好待遇跳槽這種事情早就習慣了
公司的利潤就這些,薪資預算就這樣,被挖走很正常的
對於找到更好歸宿的同事我都給予祝福
而這些對於留下來的人也是有好處的
讓老闆知道自己開的薪水 低於行情
至少過去三年我加薪的理由都是有人離職XD
我也能努力用這個理由讓老闆提高薪人起薪
但最讓人不爽的是那種 知道自己負責的內容需要很長的交接時間
或是根本沒人可以交接,仍然突襲式快速走人....
雖然只要符合勞基法 我們也不能怎樣,但這真的很X
