醞釀很久、怨念很深了,不得已才下決定離開自己熟悉的環境。
主管在人員管理上出了大問題,必須檢討 !
從回文中,也看得出來,大家對主管的怨念都很深~
有反對、有不爽、有一直檢討主管的。。。
雖然,原PO只是問了"即將離職的下屬擺爛"何解?
這是一個很有趣的現象。
但是,回文中 有幾個人替原PO"提出建設性辦法"的呢?

當有人不爽主管,要準備要離職擺爛了~
而且全世界都知道,他準備擺爛的時候~
這時候,先後順序就來了~
1.一定是優先處理好人員離職交接、檢視工作進度的事。
2.事後再由上級主管,檢討該主管的人員管理缺失。
主管為何要以各種手段,要求離職人員交接
可以不交接,主管自己擔下來就好。主管有擔當阿!
可以不交接,只是要多花點時間去摸清楚而已。
可以不交接,公司多一個人、少一個人其實影響不大。
可以不交接,那為什麼要交接不可,我不懂 ?
1.主管就像是交響樂團的指揮手,如果跑去兼拉小提琴,還能專心做好指揮嗎?
稱職的主管,要懂得把工作做適當的安排,自己跳下去做,絕對不是首要的選擇。
若有人員離職,又沒有人員補進,這些工作就要視狀況分攤給其他人。
真的沒有人可以接手時,主管就必須自己擔下~
2.團隊運作講究效率,做好離職交接,可以減少人員離職的進度斷層影響。
沒做好交接,主管、其他的組員要跳下去教,影響進度。
3.維持公司制度的運作。
一個人不交接,主管又不要求,後面的人有樣學樣。
身為一個主管,遇到人離職,首要考慮的不是該離職員工的情緒。
而是要為"下一個來接手的人著想"、"為整個團隊的工作進度著想"。
想辦法,別為了一個要走的人,影響到整個團隊工作進度。
先對內部負責,在職的組員、工作進度、公司負責。
最後才是檢討自己,為何有人會走。
最後要說明,為什麼要CC給更高階的主管和其他同仁。
主管不是萬能的天神,也會遇到自己處理不了的事情。
特別是這種"不可控"的因素,他就是擺爛不交接,主控權不在你身上。
即便你已經採取"主動的交接"措施了。
CC給高階主管,就是要讓他們知道,你有"主動作為"、"盡力了"。
而且,當危機有可能發生時、在尚未發生前。
有義務報告自己的上級主管、暗示其他相關人員"這傢伙可能會出狀況"。
比起事後"出了狀況之後"再來說"都是他沒交接好",這樣會來的更好一點。
事才後說,人家會更覺得你是在推責任、顯得更加無能。
人活在世界上,無法討好所有人的,更何況是主管。
只能做到某部分的人不討厭你,無法讓所有人都喜歡你。
