就文章中看,您簽了兩份合約?
台灣:實習約
大陸:正式合同
所以我比較想瞭解的是:哪份才是您要依循的?
而我個人是認為,兩份均要遵守,以這樣前提下,台灣部分您十天前提出是沒有問
題的;但是就大陸這方面,應該還是要遵守卅天的規定。在簽合約的當下,對於合
約有疑慮的地方沒有當下提出,進而簽字則表示您認同合約、包含大陸合同所列的
內容,現在要違反這個合約,理虧的一定是您。若您在當初有疑慮,就應該直接提
出,而非是現在跑來問與您公司無關的人。
合約有問題,請問貴公司的人資與各地勞動機關,只有他們對於相關問題有最詳盡
與精闢的解釋。
