台積電第1年「年薪200萬」 離職率卻高達17.6%!工程師揭崩潰日常

被稱為「護國神山」的台積電,最近公布去年度的永續報告書,內容提到全體員工離職率
為6.8%,新人離職率則高達17.6%,皆為5年內新高,就有網友再PTT發文指出,碩士畢業
的新進工程師,台積電給出年薪高達200萬元的薪資,薪水明明很優渥,離職率卻超高,
「是多草莓?」貼文釣出員工嘆,「健康第一」。
台積電永續報告書提到,去年全體員工離職率為6.8%,較民國109年增加1.5%,影響因素
有兩個,其一,近年來高科技產業快速成長,人才市場競爭激烈,流動加速;其次,去年
招募量較前幾年顯著增加,新人離職率增至 17.6%
貼文一出,多數網友提到,台積電薪水高但是工作壓力大,很多人進去之後身體、心理都
受到影響,「壓力大到可能會連續7天便秘耶」、「在金山街住時,隔壁阿弟從來到離開
,頭就禿了,還會半夜咆嘯痛哭,最後家長接走」、「太操了,差不多是給你2倍薪水做3
倍的事」、「台積電給錢很大方,但命只有一條」、「生理跟心理生病不是錢能補的」、
「人生不是只有錢,有錢沒時間享受有屁用」。

貼文也釣出一名台積電設備工程師回文,大部分離職的人應該都是站產線的,或是設備工
程師,「新人設備三個月跟值,半年要你獨立夜班」,短短三個月碰到的機況根本不夠多
,夜班問不到人,即使問到了也是從電話中聽著做,「你點機台也是膽戰心驚」,因為沒
碰過,只要一步驟出錯就很慘。
他坦言,剛開始上大夜的時候,每天上班前都會去拜拜,祈求今天值班手機安靜一點,「
更別說黃光蝕刻了,每天早上交接都聽到隔壁的黃光主管在罵人,然後每個禮拜天晚上都
很憂鬱」,但他認為,如果沒有專業能力,對職涯沒想法,台積電的薪水真的給很好,「
但真的要撐住」,「台積電產線用不太到什麼專業,就是要細心不要出錯,然後抗壓力強
」。
