作為專業打工仔,離退休的日子長得很,重點還是職涯續航力。
這種垃圾員工,通常如果沒被用"績效改善計畫"合法資遣,
那麼很可能是主管對部門的策略性考量。
如果人事凍結,其他有用的兵已經接近overload,
這種垃圾員工,基本就是吃球場上所謂的垃圾時數。
就是讓他分擔一些低風險的工作內容,
不要讓有用的兵真的overload,然後離職又不能補人,最後惡性循環。
再者,當公司要裁或冰人的時候,推這樣的垃圾員工出去,
底下的員工只會覺得這人太混活該,
反而不會造成那種抽籤式無差別裁員的後遺症
──被裁的人不爽,沒被裁的士氣低落。
最後,除非是家財萬貫來賺零用錢或只是來服兵役那種,
不然提供一個人庸庸碌碌、CP值很高的工作,
無所謂專長跟職涯競爭力,然後被策略性地中年失業。
對打工仔來說,這才是最殘忍的。

清寂的夜色,萬籟俱寂,宛如身在一處空谷,等待回音。
