今天一早的劇情好精采,
先是另外一位覺也覺得合約內容不互利所以一早就走了…
即使課長說半天也是無效,對方說只是先回前公司一天會再跟課長聯絡但是我覺得她應該不會再來了。
但是今天聽到她說董娘HR告訴她合約其實還沒擬定(怎麼都不會告訴我這個?!),課長表示她會在呈報上去這有討論空間…
中午又被叫去洽談(應該是課長已經反應過了),這次表示願意從100萬降成20萬,不能沒有違約金因為一定會跑,也不考慮縮短合約年限。
過去的話會給我2個月試用期,若不適應想離開不在違約金範圍內(結婚同理),其他都要付。
我想問的是像自願離職要付違約金這點是有合法的嗎?
聽到協商後的答案真的覺得很凹人,開始在想大陸營業部的人是不是也都綁了約才走不了…有種公司徹底不相信然後處處提防員工的感覺= =
目前會觀察我大概3個月,我已經待了10天了,如果離開有薪水可領?
