我原本的工作內容，老闆後來又給我新增加工作loading
我跟老闆反映說新沒辦法同時把兩份工作內容做好，希望能只做我原本做的
結果老闆今天打電話來臭罵我一頓
還說你是一個職員 憑什麼跟一個總裁這樣討價還價，你這是什麼工作態度 等等
他又說 : 今天下班前決定並回覆他要不要接下新指派的工作 (包含原本的工作內容)
如果不接的話，就是1 months notice
請問這樣算是非自願離職嗎?
