台北的中古屋房價大概50萬/坪起跳。
新屋80萬,100萬也不稀奇。
新竹真的還好。
現在新竹不管20、30、或是40萬的單價,
各位覺得很高?
要不要想想2031時會是多少?
2011時買房的人,
總價1200萬、1500萬,
現在變成1800萬、2300萬。
投入的頭期款是240萬、300萬,
增值金額是600萬、800萬。
而且10年來不用付房租。
如果你在科技業工作已經一段時間,
沒什麼壞習慣,老婆或是女友也是普通正常人,
真的沒有抱怨買不起的藉口。
不買房,把錢花在其他讓自己高興的地方,
也很好,沒什麼不對。
離題了。
想想2031年,
想想自己現在薪水比剛出社會多多少,
未來只會越來越高,因為你不敢離職,
不敢擺爛不做事。
去把現金擠出來買下去,不會錯。
難道沒有銀行打給你說
有個貸款好便宜?
工作壓力那麼大你都撐得下去了,
多個房貸壓力又如何?
