我覺得喇
台灣公司好像技術深度高的不多
所以大家會以為要當主管才不會被取代
我這樣講八
在矽谷
管人是最不值錢的技能
想變成資方打手
起碼要當到VP
正常人是不可能喇
即使當到VP 也只是高處不勝寒而已
正常人嘛
鬥久惹 也是會覺得不如歸去喇
看那葛當兵的連長排長輔導長
底下出包 連長去給營長幹
管吃管睡管放假 根本把屎把尿
業界的中低階主管
也是被上面的幹
然後管放假也管吵架
產品出包
帶隊去給客戶夾懶蛋
底下的人不爽跑一票
上頭先來關切
東西生不出來
自己大概也準備收惹
主管幹久惹
技術也生疏惹
想跳槽 沒人要
只能投靠以前共事過熟識的長官
不然沒人喜歡收不熟的來當主管亂搞
萬一自己認識的長官在外面也混的不好
那真的就
就QQ惹
真正爽的是那種掛architect
title不是fellow起碼也有principal
平常想東想西想到度估
心血來潮畫幾葛方塊圖騙騙小朋友
做的都是號稱最新技術研發
然後自稱mentor 叫小朋友動手做
自己負責電
產品成功惹 功勞全部拿
產品失敗惹 都是小朋友跟小朋友的主管執行不力
簡單來講就是位高權重責任輕
如果在業界還有點名聲的
三不五時一堆人來挖
公司上頭也不敢在薪資上怠慢
然後作的是最新技術
哪天新技術要起風惹 就跟撿到寶一樣
這時候自己就出去開惹
或者是
哪天同級的VPor處長跑惹開缺
自己就暫代 反正小朋友每葛差不多都被調教成信徒 乖得很
要得話馬上轉主管線
完全沒問題
說來說去喔
當工程師這行
技術才是真的喇
做十年輸給作三五年的
甲賽也是應該
