有關銀行的business letter - 國貿工作討論

我明天問問銀行是否可用切結書~~謝謝喔!

因為時間關係我沒把廠商的回信全部po出,
但我想對方是知道問題出在哪的,
我把還沒po的放上

What you tell in your e-mail is concordant with my accounting department
intelocutor told me. As a matter of fact, the problem comes from the
factthat the debit note was written on a "***" letter head,But the
beneficiary was clear stated....well, I don't kmow what to think about
that.

Again my most sincere apologies for this delay, if there is any way
to compensate, just let me know.

一切的錯誤就是源自我們使用公司的信件格式寫debit note
(所以公司的資料都打在最上頭)
雖然內容的帳號 戶名 銀行寫的非常清楚,
因為信件最上頭是company letter head,所以他們才會誤用
(或許我們心裡會想,beneficiary都寫那麼清楚了你還弄錯)
可是的確因為我們沒有經驗,在debit note方面沒有處理好
之後才會一堆麻煩,
一次經驗學一次乖,
若不是公司的名義,debit note上面要避免出現公司名

我苦思要怎麼跟對方再說一次,
已經又過了10天了,
怎麼我們的銀行還沒收到你門銀行發電報修改account name呢?
(既然妳們也知道問題出在哪裡)
