正職與約聘offer的抉擇 - 面試

各位大大好
小職最近因為前公司部門撤裁+縮編所以待業中
因為主要工作是該領域裡面比較偏門專精的項目,所以在台灣選擇不多
因為小孩還小,短時間也不太想去海外
近日有拿到一個offer讓我很苦惱
跟前公司相同類型的工作,剛好急需有實務經驗的(我8年)
但薪資跟前公司比大概N-3~4,月數大同小異
面試主管表示HR只肯核這個死豬價
原本因為數字不是很漂亮,大約只有前公司碩士起薪的程度
加上離家50公里 意願不是很高
但主管過一陣子又聯絡表示跟老闆爭取提另一個方案 以約聘錄用,來閃公司制度
可以比照前公司的薪水,而年終分紅福利跟正職相同,兩年一簽,不定時可轉正,聽起來
跟正職只差在錢多一點,其餘沒差。
因為快年末了工作不好找,加上領域冷門,曾經有想跨回主流領域,但經歷大多不被承認
,只能找無經驗需求的當新人練 領新人價
所以這個相同領域的offer慢慢開始認真考慮起來
想問問大家如果3-4k/月 的價差會選擇約聘還是正職呢?
還是乾脆趁還年輕趕快跨回主流領域找普通系統廠算了(但初期薪資可能會少)
