育嬰留停後的另考 - 薪水

想請問板大們
因為預產期是明年過年期間,生完用娩假+本身的休假只能到5月下旬,因為另考要連續上
班六個月才行
因為上一胎的慘痛經驗白白損失了一個月的考績獎金,所以這次想在最後幾天請事假讓育
嬰留停的時間從6/2開始,想說可以有至少半個月的獎金,不無小補
但人事建議我最後那幾天回去上班不要請事假,這樣至少另考一定是甲,一個月薪水的獎
金比較划算
但因為我考量如果回去上班幾天再繼續請育嬰留停,好像單位上不好找職代,且我那幾天
回去也沒辦法實際做什麼業務
有點猶豫到底要怎麼操作,所以上來問看看板大們的意見
