This Agreement is made as of the date specified
above between Licensor and Licensee,
whereby Licensor grants Licensee a license to utilize certain names,
likenesses, and characters in connection with the manufacture,
distribution, advertising, promotion and sale of
certain articles of merchandise on the following terms and conditions:

1.Property : Property means only the names, characters,
symbols, designs, likeness and visual
representations of the fictional characters depicted
in the animated television program
entitled“ONE PIECE , except as specifically
agreed in writing and in advance by Licensor.
