英翻中 - 翻譯

我想with 並不一定是「跟...在一起」的意思。
例如：It is with regret that I announce the death of his mother.
我非常遺憾的公布他母親的死訊。

同樣放在這一句裡面，我認為with the greatest difficulty就是很困難的意思，所以
「他們知道，只有盡（用/靠）最大的力氣（努力）才能讓自己的情緒不至於崩潰。」
這是我覺得比較好的方式，雖然沒有直接講到「困難」這個字，但是意思應該有抓到。

另外，剛好注意到一個地方就是最後一句的Everything seems to be futile and dying.
我建議everything不一定要翻成「任何事情」，這裡用「一切」可能更有感覺。
