該捅主管嗎? - 離職

(先說我不是一個愛與人結怨或是背後說人壞話的人 but...)
從進公司開始我就沒有很喜歡我一階主管的管理風格
而且重點是他的專業能力頗差也很會把事外推
再加上情緒管理不是很好,沒事時沒事,有事時不明究理就先開始大聲
和他同階的主管也私下抱怨過他處理事情的態度
我跟二階主管關係可能算是還可以,至少比一階主管好很多
背景大概如上
待在我一階主管下,很多事不滿意,忍一忍也就過去了
直到最近他做了一個決定真的讓我受不了,覺得我很不被尊重
於是興起離開公司的念頭,若有人離職,都一定會和二階主管報備
我有考慮在離職時若被二階主管問起為什麼離職時
把真正的原因告訴他(一階主管專業不佳、做的那個決定等)
一階主管的專業問題我想二階主管大概知道一點,我只是再強調這點
我也不怕離職後和一階主管撕破臉(畢竟他已經不客氣在先了)
而且一階主管在業界影響力應不大,據說評價也不怎麼樣
想請問大家把離職真正原因告訴二階主管是可以的嗎?
算是多年的及壓垮最後一根稻草的怨氣一次還給他
