請問有關商調、離職及到職手續 - 薪水

目前正要從原機關商調到A機關,
A機關派令已經過來了,目前正在商討離職時間點,
我跟原機關人事請益,因為我想要利用清明連假(4/3-4/6)時搬家,
所以打算文會我時壓離職日為4/7,然後我還有兩天補假,所以打算4/1.2也請補休,
(因為東西真的太多了...恐怕要整理好一陣子)
我的認知:
我必須在3/31跑完所有流程,離職日期壓4/7,然候4/7直接到新機關報到,
我們家人事回覆:
如果我3/31跑流程,離職日期不就要壓3/31了?(那我4/1.2補休勒?消失了?)
如果我4/7才報到那麼我的年資就不能連續了○.○?
要我不要壓放假後第一天,因為4/6假日沒人跟我辦離職手續,
不然就是要我4/7早上先回原機關辦離職手續(蓋最後一個章),
然後當天下午再到A機關報到...
(備註:薪水部分人事說我壓好日期他會請出納直接算到那天,沒有繳回問題)
或者離職日壓4/8,然後4/7上班跑離職手續,4/8再到A機關報到....
我有點傻眼...第一次聽到這樣的,所以想請教各位先進:
1.離職日壓4/7,到職日不就是要4/7嗎?
2.4/6放假不能辦離職手續那休假前辦好不行嗎?
3.到新機關報到是到職日當天任何時間都可以嗎?所以下午也可以喔?
(我都傻傻的一早就報到耶...)
4.到底是我從以前就搞錯還是我們家人事不醒人事?
