The purpose of this proposal is focused on a strategic and tactical view
about why, how, and when for City Product Corporation and Ideal Industry Co.,
Ltd. To set up close business relationship of porcelain enamel cookwares for
the coming year.
The parties which we are aiming at building relationship are :

According to statiscs, the total consumption value of all kinds of
cookwares was 1.2 billion in 1990 among which porcelain enamel cookwares
occupied on more than 4% or 48 million dollars.

Due to clean and easy-to-wash nature of porcelain enamel cookwaers, the
market demand has been growing steadily these few years. In the foreseeable
future, porcelain enamel cookwares might catch up with stainless steel and
aluminium c ookwares and become fast-going cookwares item in the US market.

It is this particular reason that we'd like to pave the way earlier for
the coming boom of porcelain enamel cookwares. City Products Corporation and
all its associated companies will benefit from the business if a well-planned
marketing program can be set up timely.
