請育嬰留停復職後休假一問 - 考績

同事 104年11月初生產,產假到105年1月7日
預計105年1月8日接著請育嬰留停1個月,105年2月8日復職
有幾個問題想請問大家
1.105年的考績是另考還是全考(人事說是另考)
2.106年的休假計算比例是12/12 還是11/12 (人事說11/12)
公務人員請假規則第8條有提到
「育嬰留職停薪者,其復職當年度及次年度休假,均按前一在職年度實
際任職月數比例核給。」
因此我的認知休假計算比例應該是12/12
我們單位的人事室正是傳說中的不醒人事型,
他們的回答我暫且持保留態度(不大相信),
