小弟於公務部門服務3年半的時間
職位是約用人員一年一聘
在11月中收到預告通知書,,,並要我在12月15日辦完離職手續
想請問一下:
這樣可以領資遣費嗎?
資遣費給付的時間是離職後的30天內給付還是有規定幾日內給付?
那年終計算方式一樣還是1.5個領嗎?
那領取方式也是等到要過年明年2月份才能領到嗎?
