各位好
首次發文如有不妥之處請告訴我
小妹我在背包客旅館兼差
是那種有個人小房間但衛浴共用的旅館
今天上晚班時,同事告知有一個客人超過退房時間遲遲不下來(十一點要退,對方裝死到晚上六點)
於是我和另一個同事便上去敲門
但客人不開門外態度也很差,最後我告知要請老闆來處理
打電話給老闆後,大概過了半小時,那個客人先是打電話來嗆聲後來是出了房間但是是下來櫃臺鬧事(霸在櫃臺狂罵我跟同事,亂講一些莫須有的事)
後來有同事發現她有喝酒,而且感覺應該有用某些藥物(精神狀況不像只有喝酒),總之鬧到最後警察都來了,柔性的把她帶離後,過一陣子他又跑回來鬧
老闆最後一直道歉請她離開,她還是不走
老闆最後幾乎下跪… 鬧了很久才趕走她
其實我想問一般這種精神狀況有問題的客人大家都怎麼處理,而且警察來她就裝可憐一直哭說我們要欺負她…
因為也沒有攻擊的樣子,警察只能柔性勸說,但走了又回來鬧,我超怕往後的日子再遇到這種事,請問大家還有什麼更好的處理方式嗎?還是真的只能慢慢弄走她…?
