關於台電薪資 - 薪水

台電薪資之前的簡章是說第一年36000
但前陣子加了3% 我算了後 37080
排除加給外 基本上是領37080嗎?
簡章說第四年46000 加3%後47380
有人說年終最多4.6個月(算4個月好了) 好像不是很多
我算了算第一年(12 + 4)*37080 = 593280
第四年(12 + 4)*47380 = 758080
我是想問第五年開始薪水是怎麼算的嗎?(假如表現正常的話)
這樣年薪算高嗎? 社會新鮮人 什麼都不懂
