各位大大晚安 <(_ _)>
小弟31歲魯蛇一枚 今天主管告訴我公司營運不好要做人力調整 於是要把我給火了 @@
關於之後離職證明主管給我兩個狀況讓我思考一下再告訴他
他說可以 1. 直接在離職證明上寫公司人力調整 所以裁員
2. 一般的離職證明 <-- 就是自請離職啦
主管說不管1或2都會依照勞基法給我遣散費 只是他考慮到如果是使用第1個方案
怕會影響到我找下一份工作 所以可以給我使用方案2 缺點是如果我不幸下一個工作找得
不順利使用方案2就無法向政府申請失業補助 所以主管要我自己想一想要使用哪個方法
再告訴他
我想請問如果我使用方案1真的會給我找新工作帶來困擾嗎 ?由於這件事也是小弟第一次
發生所以我也不是很清楚該怎麼選 請版上的大大給小弟一些指導吧 感恩
(其實這間公司我本來就不想待了 之前有去別間談好條件了只是因為一些私人因素
放棄了 沒想到本來是我該將軍公司的結果卻被公司先將一軍 XDDD)
