大家好！
目前小妹的這份工作是約聘制的
但因公司業務的裁減
公司說要跟我提前解約
今日收到mail要我填寫離職申請書
現在問題來了！！
公司有答應我之後會開非自願離職證明給我
如果我填了離職申請書，會不會有什麼影響??
離職之後，有打算要去申請失業補助，怕會有什麼影響。
與人事的mail都有留存，若之後發生問題，我站的住腳嗎?
