句子結構 - 翻譯

請問上面那一句子的結構該怎麼分解才好
把nor放在前面句子 是倒裝句
所以不是應該要有兩個句子組成的嗎?
本來想說process是另一個句子的動詞
不過這樣也好像不對
另外 請問該怎麼翻才比較順呢?
