這職位在美國至少是$30/hr + relocation service

考慮到物價水準不同 美國消費比較高

加上台灣比較小 不用機票+租屋補助等等

okay 我們把它除以3 $10/hr 大概是300NTD/hr

你說他寫最低109/hr 不代表你就"只"能領109啊

我說這間公司難到他在美國招Intern時 他會寫最低 $10/hr or 以上嗎?

($10/hr 是Ssan Jose,CA 的最低工資)

不可能嘛 他真的這樣寫就準備招不到人了

有一堆至少$30/hr 的Intern 誰理你這間公司啊

憑甚麼他在台灣就敢寫最低工資或以上?

只能說台灣的就業環境真的太差

不論是就業或實習的機會都遠比美國難得的多

一間知名的外商公司不用太高的薪資 就可以吸引到不錯的人才

因為所有台灣公司的薪水都在比爛的

希望能申請上這個Intern的強者們

能至少要求 NTD 300/hr 的薪水

不單單是為了你自己 也是為了提高台灣人平均薪資而做的努力

如果我們都不願意為自己爭取更高的薪水 反而互相砍價

甚至說 "反正只是學經驗就好"

只會讓台灣的薪資水準越拉越低
