今天去筆試一家軟體中文化公司 - 翻譯

總之就是考英譯中啦!
考完人資小姐跟我說明公司的一些情形
她說他們流動率很高
(奇怪,她都不怕這樣講會讓應徵者起疑嗎?)
然後新進人員的薪資range是26,000~32,000
這時我心中OS"好低啊啊啊啊啊啊啊~~~"

難道軟體中文化公司都這麼低嗎?
我本來期待至少會有32,000吧....

還說他們注重品質
那為何給in-house譯者的薪水那麼低
難怪流動率高....

還是我對正職翻譯的期待太高了???
