公司的某位外勞104年8月離境
但我卻漏幫他辦理退保
他只做到7/31
但8月才離境
那時候老闆說離境當日再他退保就好
因為沒有離職當天馬上幫他退保
之後就.........忘記了
勞健保通知和繳費單是老闆娘自己經手的
她說因為外勞不會顯示名字所以沒有注意到人數一直多了一個
直到這個月才發現
馬上寄了說明書也附上外勞的出境證明書影本
(申請退保日為他的出境日期)
今天接到勞保局承辦人員的電話
她說退保日期是我寄出資料的當日(105/10)
無法追溯
我向她懇求說有出境證明文件
是否可以幫忙
但她還是說不行
上網查了 可是沒有查到相關案例
只知道本國勞工是無法追溯的
但外勞有明確的出境時間證明文件
這樣不知道有沒有辦法辦理追溯
我知道是我自己太不小心了
真的很自責讓公司多繳了一年多的保費
希望還有挽救的機會
