請問這句月考中翻英 - 翻譯

這次學生月考題目裡出了一題中翻英
頗具爭議
我在改答案也困惑了 請各位高手指教

題目是
Jim上學總是遲到。不用說，老師們都認為他是壞學生。

出題老師的答案是
Jim is always late for school. Needless to say, the teachers all think
he is a bad student.

但是學生的答案出現了
1. _________, the teachers all think _______ (也就是上述出題老師答案)
2. _________, teachers all think _________
3. _________, all teachers think _________
4. _________, all the teachers think ________

請問各位高手 以這樣上下文的情境
此處teachers到底要不要加the??
小弟認為2=3, 1=4,
但是究竟要用2/3 還是1/4?

ps. 出題老師認為2不行其他都算對
可是我認為2不行的話 3如何成立？
