我想了好幾天都翻不出貼切原意又不拗口的翻法

例如：當我生氣時，我會抓狂而且讓別人控制我的情緒(啥鬼阿？)
我生氣時會失去冷靜，而且會受人擺佈(好像不太貼切..)

懇求高手幫忙！
(看起來簡單的句子還真的很難翻..)
