"輔助"的副詞用法? - 翻譯

日前譯到一個名詞"輔助支撐裝置"，我很想譯成"auxiliary supporting device"

然而auxiliary並沒有副詞用法。

舉凡assist、supplement、aid都沒有比較適合的相關副詞單字...

而用accessorily或corporately又似乎不太符合原意。

不知道板上的各位有沒有什麼好建議？謝謝！！
