辭呈被壓件..?! - 離職

請問版上的各位,如果已經遞出辭呈,上頭卻不簽準該怎辦?
女友現任職一年多的公司,因為制度..(主管工作分配不均、待遇不佳)
外加平時工作壓力很大,常常電話接不完等原因…
而且她的身體因此出了狀況,所以決定離職!
但同單位中,加上我女友同時有三人要離開!(主管問題很大)
其他兩人聽說已經被簽準了!
而我女友態度上感覺比較軟,所以上頭一直不準(但她是真的要離職)
她已經被總經理約談了兩次,她跟總經理說她身體不好想走,
總經理就說什麼有靈芝可以給她吃…還給她一籃水果…
主管似乎認為我女友是要跳槽到同行,
還跟她說「妳不行這麼自私,妳之前去考公職我們也沒叫你走」
(ps.奇怪?!為什麼考公職就得走?況且我女友是利用假日去考試的耶!)
而女友剛跟我說,她跟老闆說「身體真的出狀況想走!」
老闆竟然笑著回說「等妳死了再來說嘛!」…(這什麼爛老闆?!)
因為她們公司的辭呈上面寫說,辭職需在一個月前提出!
請問可以領完該月的薪水後,然後在遞出辭呈後的一個月後直接離開嗎?
這樣會有什麼法律問題嗎?
這種情況該如何保障自己的權益?
