辦公室的新人,10月中報到後就表明年底離職意願,
當然地點太遠、父親重病待照顧都是原因,但就算是這樣,
也不用在報到第一天就表明要走了吧!
新人之前擔任翻譯,是個難得的專才,但是在縣府表現普普,
不尊重他人,也沒有丁點行政倫理的認知,有點難搞,
不過很厲害,她透過保訓會同意暫緩受訓,所以在年底果然如願
走人,連人事處都不知道可以鑽此漏洞(今年高考綁約一年),
只能說要為權利奮鬥呀!
只是要走之前,完全不透露口風,甚至在今天早上還跟課長
說何時會去收訓,當下午課長問起這件事時,又說不是蓄意隱瞞
,自己也是一個星期前才知道的,如果人事室不事前通知,不就
走的神不知鬼不覺嗎?算你狠行,算你厲害!
