Chinese now are getting into learning English from Philippinals.
Maybe we sould think again.
By the way, there are so many Koreans in the Philippine, I bet they all
learning English here.
Another thing is, even the kids here could sing English song with the radio
naturally, and those songs are not textbook song you know.

I consulted the English department of Silliman university in Dumaguete City
in Philippine about English lesson for foreign students.

They told me the program start from June to October, you could study for
6 weeks;30 H/w, or 14 weeks;15 H/w which is more intance one.The tuition
fee is 17400 peso, which is only 11000 NT!

If you want to stay here for 14 weeks, the total cost(the accommodation and
all that kind of expense) would definetely be less than 90,000NT!

Think again.
