Re: 上週PO文徵人的Qydanc為何刪文 並且不對試譯ꐠ… - 翻譯

其實當時看到徵人文中 試譯文沒有公開 就覺得奇怪
收到試譯文之後 因為字數不少 因此本人在徵人文後面推文 要求公開試譯文
但該版友無回覆 因為試譯文頗簡單 因此我也懶的搞有的沒的 就直接回覆了

我的問題是
我猜想這個人應該是利用應徵人幫忙翻譯自己所需的文件
而很明顯的 這個人一定是為富豪雜誌工作（見回覆的EMAIL）
難道在這種情形下 沒有任何方式可以向該雜誌社抗議的辦法嗎？
本人不是學法律的 所以不懂 也不想為這種小事鬧上法律途徑
只是這類事情版上已不是一次兩次 版上眾多優秀的翻譯人才 就樣被欺負 卻無計可施
對一向在這版上接案子的大家 一點保障 或優勢都沒有
這次事件對譯者唯一有利的 是對方好歹是有名字的雜誌社
可否請版上其他有應徵該工作的大家回應這篇文章
讓大家了解 該雜誌社有無藉徵人之名 行欺騙之實
若有欺騙之嫌 就算不行法律途徑討個公道
也可以考慮爆料給媒體 由她們代為查證

這是我的一點想法 不知大家有何看法？
