問題一.請問意思是下面哪一個呢？

(1)“壞事不會持續很久，除非沒人抗拒它”

(2)“壞事不會持續百年，也沒人能忍耐”

問題二.這真的是saying嗎? 我查了很久，請問有人知道出處嗎?
P.S.有可能是西班牙文的格言，因為該篇文章是西文母語人士所寫

問題三.有人能提供較言簡易賅的翻法嗎?個人文采實在不足>"<

大意是說 壞事無法流傳百年 而一件壞事流傳百年後
