The government earlier this month allowed incoming travelers
to bring in 6 kilograms of hairy crabs, without the popular
delicacy for the fall season having to undergo quarantine.


底下是我自己翻的：
政府在這個月稍早允許入境旅客攜帶六公斤的大閘蟹，不需要接受一般

我想請問一下popular delicacy for the fall season 怎麼翻會比較順

題外話 記得以前老師說過，口譯pay越高的場合，往往越不需要口譯 e.g.國際生醫研討會 --
