to sum up沒錯但in conclusion或to conclude比較正式。risk和jeopardize
是我自己加的，因為原文雖然沒有明講，但有危及、威脅的意思。
wishing for則是點出中共自我節制是不太可能實現的。

: 2. 游揆強調，中華民國有不得不走出去的壓力，所以這次出訪的目的
: 　 是突顯中華民國存在的事實，讓國際看得見台灣。
: Prime Minister Yu emphasized that Taiwan, under pressure,
: had no choice but to go out, so the purpose of this visit
: was to accentuate the fact of R.O.C's existence, and let
: Taiwan be seen internationally.
: 問：”不得不走出去的壓力”怎麼翻比較好？

Prime Minister Yu emphasized that Taiwan is under the pressure
to reach out internationally, which is exactly the purpose of
this trip--highlight the existence of ROC and increase Taiwan's
global presence.

後面用破折號感覺重點比較清楚。然後不得不這三個字的確很頭痛，
勉強翻的話，我會這麼寫；

Taiwan is under the pressure of having no choice but to reach out.
