眾所皆知的是，我們多是透過各國家的全面性報導系統來追蹤品質瑕疵的範圍。然我們
較少注意的是，各國家內的品質監控資訊多來自官方資料，這情況乃十分類似流行病學研
究時，所建議需立基於跨國的標準化工具。


我覺得翻得不太好，因為翻完還是不知道這段話要表達的意思。

我主要的問題在於more跟little應該是兩句相對照的話

但我還是不知道怎麼翻比較適切
