我個人也是偏向第一個...不過我覺得應該要看上下文

像這邊 [A問："Do you read him?"]
這個問的是him 回答卻是一本書?
另外 《Humour and Mania》 是指一本書嗎? 還是諷刺的說法?

很多疑點啊...
