請問該怎麼翻比較好 - 翻譯

最近遇到一些句子，但小弟發現越簡單的句子就越難翻得好...
請教以下幾句該怎麼翻才翻得精準

1.不論油量超過或是少於規定量，都會對引擎造成不良影響

2.請用杯子等容器裝的水來清洗眼睛15分鐘以上；
如果用水壓過大的水清洗可能會造成眼睛疼痛。

因為以上的句子是我已經從日文翻成中文了
所以會有一些句法的問題...
譬如說第一句我當下直覺反應要用no matter開頭
但後來發現好像沒辦法...
第二句一開始搞不懂為什麼要用杯子裝的水(礦泉水?!)
後來才明白是水壓的問題
但不知道怎麼才能精準的表示「先用杯子裝水然後再使用裝在杯子裡的水」

以下是小弟的翻譯

1. Either the exceeding or insufficient amount of oil will cause bad
influences to engine.

2. Please wash the eyes with the water which is poured in containers such
as glass over 15 minutes. The eyes may ache if it is washed by
high-pressure water.
