關於翻譯合約 - 翻譯

大家好
由於我是初次接翻譯書籍的工作
要簽翻譯合約但覺得合約內容對譯者不是很有保障

例如沒有訂金
付款在出書後（那萬一沒有出書？）
還有審稿不通過可解除合約
以及遲交罰款等等

不知道是否一般翻譯合約都是如此呢？
