雖然淡水資源的危機今後將日益明顯，但事情並非無可挽救。
聯全國秘書長科菲‧安南指出：人類現在只使用了地球上可再生利用淡水貯量的六分之一左右
。只要今後措施得力，用水節制，未來還是有希望

As the water resource are becoming far less than it uesd to be in the
future , the crisis still can be saved .
The United Nations secretary general Anan pinpoints :
So far has there been only 1/6 fresh water uesd by human on earth .
We can see the bright future under the right policy and the moderate
use of water .
