不好意思 我又來請教araby一文中的翻譯
裡面有一句是
Through one of the broken panes I heard the rain impinge upon the earth,
the fine incessant needles of water playing in the sodden beds.
我目前是翻譯成
透過一扇破窗，我聽到雨滴拍打大地的滴答聲，細密的雨針不斷在濕答答的地面上
扎針玩耍。
阿~我的問題出在the fine incessant needles of water playing in the sodden beds
我想說作者是有「雨針」的意味
想到針 我就想到扎、剌的意思 但我不知道怎麼和playing這個動詞結合
該說是我中文程度不好 囧
不好意思 過來請教各位 <(_ _)>
我想了很久 但我怎麼都翻的不順
我有看到 中譯書上翻的是
透過一塊破碎的玻璃，我聽到雨水沖刷著大地，一根根銀針似的細密而持續不斷在水柱
在濕漉漉的路面上玩耍。
但我覺得水柱和銀針 好像又沒啥相關的關係

這句我卡了好久 冒昧來請教大家。
