最近在翻一篇台灣遊記，標題是"Skewered Squid and White Sun-Baked Cliffs"，
我實在想不到"White Sun-Baked Cliffs"是哪裡。
遊記內容是有關旗津，其中一句是
"The ferry ride from Kaohsiung upon a rusty barge to the island of Chichin..."
所以他是在說他來到了這個"附屬旗津的島"還是"旗津這個島"？
因為據我所知旗津是小沙地，頂多是半島，不算是島吧？
順便問一下
"The streets of the bazaar are cleaner than the k'ang of the Chinese."
是說"這市場的街道比康熙時期還要乾淨"的意思嗎？
