台大育成中心的標語有沒有問題？ - 翻譯

在台大育成中心的首頁中
有個標語，中文是「知識經濟的搖籃」
英文是"a place your dreams can play"

感覺這句英文怪怪的，好像不合文法
有朋友說「標語不用合文法拉」
為什麼用"play"我也滿好奇的
可是我看到美國人寫的標語也都有合文法啊

不知道版上的各位大大有什麼看法嗎？
