如果是比較非專業性的文章，也就是很注重「讓一般人看懂」
的文章，我會這樣翻：

他們可能會開始陷入身心活動停擺的憂鬱狀態，即使因為重新找到目標
而脫離這種狀態，往往也還是回到最初令他們困擾的老樣子。
