想請問104或j-case外包網比較好？ - 翻譯

要跟朋友組團隊接案子。
主要是：
（1）外語翻譯
（2）網站設計（內容可以有多國語言）

看了104和j-case也都加入會員。
但是好像都要繳費才能有接觸案主的權限啊...
也有加入KIJIJI（免費）刊登了廣告。

想請問：
（1）不知道還有哪些網站可以加入嗎？
（2）哪些網站比較有可能接到case？（case比較多）因為我在考慮付錢給104或j-case。
（3）這些網站應該都是只提供仲介平台，不會要求收取其他手續費吧？
（沒看到此規定，但想確定一下～）
